The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Outdoor: There are three outdoor sitting areas for you to enjoy — two chairs on the front porch, a nice covered sofa and chair in a private space out back and a fire pit for a relaxing stay. +Plus: The game room under the house is one of our favorite features! Bedroom: Bedrooms are outfitted with blackout blinds so there are no early morning wake ups on vacation. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, television and air-conditioning for those hot days. The second bedroom provides a cozy atmosphere complete with a queen bed and spacious closet. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with baking sheets, crock pots, ample pots and pans. Our home has all you need to make your favorite meal. There’s a coffee maker, filters, and coffee grounds that our guests are welcome to use. We know you'll have a wonderful stay at Historic Cottage! PETS We allow up to 3 dogs, 50 lb each, for $90 per dog per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add your pets, the fee for each pet is included in your reservation total. For more than 3 dogs, a dog over 50 lb, or any other type of animal, please send us an inquiry before booking and we'll approve on a case-by-case basis. DISCOUNTS We run last-minute bookings, midweek specials, and long-stay discounts. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD (Which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb), & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED Hi! We are your welcoming hosts and we look forward to hosting you. This place is extraordinary and does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb) in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. CANCELATION POLICY: The cancelation policy, and how it will apply to your trip, will be clearly shown in the page “Confirm and Pay” prior to completing your reservation. We highly suggest you read the cancelation policy, which applies for both cancelations, and change of dates. In that same page you’ll have the option to add trip insurance, which we always recommend!

You'll have access to the entire house. There is a tiny house on the back behind the fence, facing the back alley, which is part of the property but is separated by a privacy fence. That unit is not accessible when booking this listing. The unit will be listed for booking during certain parts of the year, and you're welcome to book it separately! Occasionally, during guest check-outs in that unit, our cleaning team may use the washer located in the main unit to assist with laundry. This is typically brief and only happens during turnovers.
