THE LODGE The listing price is for a maximum of 20 guests (2 people per room) ***Breakfast is always included in your stay*** THE OUTDOOR Surrounded by lush nature, our Lodge provides you with ample space to immerse yourself in tranquility. In summer months enjoy fishing on our private lake with two pontoons, eight fishing poles are provided, or explore the lake with our four kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards that are available. At night gather around the campfire under a starry sky or enjoy cocktails inside around the bar. During winter months enjoy lantern-lit hiking trails around the property in snowshoes that are provided. LIVING ROOMS Each wing of The Lodge boasts its dedicated living room, strategically designed to be the ultimate retreat for unwinding and indulging in leisurely activities. It serves as your personal sanctuary within the Lodge, where every moment of relaxation transforms into a truly unforgettable experience. Sink into the plush comfort of our cozy sofas as you immerse yourself in the captivating words of books or movies on our flat-screen TVs. DINING AREA Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of a stunning open dining hall, complete with a grand fireplace. As you gaze out, you'll be captivated by the picturesque view of your private lake, and our two resident bald eagles, and be surrounded by an array of beautifully displayed taxidermied animals. ***DINING SERVICE AVAILABLE*** Don't stress about meal preparation during your stay. Our team, led by an experienced executive chef, is here to take care of it. With your input and personal preferences, we'll plan each meal to your satisfaction. BATHROOM Each room is equipped with a fully stocked bathroom, complete with towels, soaps, and a shower. There is also a common half bath at the entrance of the lodge. BEDROOMS Every bedroom in the accommodation is furnished with either a King or Queen bed, along with an additional single or full bed. Each bedroom also features its own private bathroom. The rustic outdoor aesthetics add a charming touch to the décor in all the bedrooms. WILDLIFE CENTER MUSEUM Enjoy a night at The Wildlife Center at Legends Ranch is a 24,000 square foot facility featuring over 3,000 animals from around the world. The center features a bar, piano, ping pong, pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball table. This would be an additional fee of $250. SHOOTING RANGE The Shooting Center offers a thrilling experience for guests, where you can enjoy shooting activities under the careful supervision of our trained staff. If this sounds appealing to you, we would be delighted to arrange your unforgettable shooting center experience. This would be an additional fee of $250. Other things to note Local excursions are available such as kayaking/rafting down the popular Pere Marquette River, riding on the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or hiking through the famous North Country Trail.

We created the following set of rules and guidelines to make both your guest and our hosting experience a great one! –Guest Expectations– You are required to have a working phone number to avoid the reservation from being canceled. You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your host's business because you are unhappy with the ruling by the platform or the host if you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or if you lose resolution. –Occupancy– You must accurately disclose how many adults and children will occupy said leased premises in your booking through the online platform. If you plan to have visitors exceeding the maximum number already allowed, it may be allowed between 10 am and 10 pm. Please communicate with us. Minimum Age Requirement: you must be at least 23 years old to book this property. –Check-In– This is a self-check-in property. Please reach out if you have any questions, but do not reach out to neighbors. For early check-in, send an inquiry. –Check Out– You must be fully checked out from the property by the advertised time on the listing unless authorized otherwise. Failing to check out at the scheduled time will result in additional charges incurred, including extra time invoiced by our cleaning staff, as well as any compensation to incoming guests if their check-in time is impacted due to your failure to depart on time. –Smoking– NO SMOKING or Vaping of any kind will take place inside the property. Violation of this will result in a $500 charge. If you smoke outside, please make sure to clean butts and ashes. –Drugs– Illegal drugs are not allowed in the property and may result in removal of the property, and involving the authorities if necessary. –Firearms– According to Airbnb article 1529 regarding Rules concerning weapons, guests bringing a firearm should disclose it to hosts. –Party / Celebration– Parties are strictly prohibited and there is a $1,000 fine, in addition to the expenses incurred to additional cleaning or items broken/missing. You’ll also be required to vacate the premises immediately. Glitter, confetti, fireworks, and Pinatas are prohibited both inside and outside the unit. Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Failure to comply will result in a $1000 fine. –Quiet Hours– Quiet hours are 10 pm-10 am. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $50 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again. –Monitoring Devices– Monitoring of the unit is for both your and our safety. We may use decibel sensors, ring doorbells, and smart sensors to detect tobacco and/or marijuana. Tampering, disabling, or destroying monitoring devices will be fined $100, the cost of the device if damaged, and/or asked to leave immediately without a refund. –Maintenance– We handle maintenance issues as quickly as we can. In many cases, we have a short window of time since we are notified of an issue and your arrival time. If we need to access the premises to take care of any issues we will notify you as soon as we can. A $500 charge will apply if maintenance is denied entry to fix an urgent issue. Lawn Mowing, pest control, or other scheduled routine controls may happen during your stay. We will notify you in advance. –Cancellations– The cancellation policy is available for you before confirming the reservation. Once the reservation has been confirmed, it is assumed you acknowledge the cancellation policy. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any losses due to cancellations. Change of dates follows the cancelation policy. –Failing to comply House rule violations are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund We assess the cost of losing the next guest's reservation if this is the result of a house rule violation. –Pet Policy– Pets are not allowed at this property. –Amenities & Meals– Some amenities, as well as Lunch and Dinner, are offered at fee. Please ask about the options. We will message you as well! In the event that any amenity or appliance is not functioning before your arrival, we will make every effort to notify you immediately and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you decide to stay despite any issues, please be aware that you are accepting the amenities provided during your stay. –Swimming at your own risk– No lifeguard on duty/swim at your own risk All children must be accompanied by an adult No diving –Ranch– There are multiple properties and buildings off-premises within the ranch. Also, visiting certain parts of the property requires a guide.
