Here, you’ll find a hot tub, cedar sauna with a glass front, double soaking tubs (perfect for a warm soak or invigorating cold plunge), an outdoor shower, grill, dining area, and fire pit—all ideal for unwinding in nature’s embrace. Inside, the thoughtfully renovated interior showcases an open-concept kitchen and dining area that flow effortlessly into a sunroom—a cozy nook made for relaxing with a book. The first floor also includes a half bath and a stylish, inviting living room. Upstairs, discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a queen room with river views, a king room, and another king suite with an ensuite bath featuring a clawfoot tub. The floor also includes a second full bathroom with a double shower and a dedicated wellness area with a massage table and Therabody devices, offering a serene space for self-care and relaxation. The Upstate River Retreat is designed to provide an unforgettable blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility.

QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

PETS We allow up to 3 dogs, 50 lb each, for $90 per dog per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add your pets, the fee for each pet is included in your reservation total. For more than 3 dogs, a dog over 50 lb, or any other type of animal, please send us an inquiry before booking and we'll approve on a case-by-case basis. OUTDOOR SHOWER The outdoor shower will be winterized From November through March. We have a hose to fill the tubs for cold plunges. Hot tub and Sauna are available year round. DISCOUNTS We run last minute bookings, midweek specials and long stay discounts. Please inquire for more information. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD (Which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb), & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED Hi! We are your welcoming hosts and we look forward to hosting you. This place is extraordinary and does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb) in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. CANCELATION POLICY: The cancelation policy, and how it will apply to your trip, will be clearly shown in the page “Confirm and Pay” prior to completing your reservation. We highly suggest you read the cancelation policy, which applies for both cancelations, and change of dates. In that same page you’ll have the option to add trip insurance, which we always recommend!
