PROPERTY ACCESS During winter, the road can be slippery. 4 wheeler is not required but recommended. PARKING Designated parking on the property for 5 vehicles FIREPLACE The wood-burning fireplace is decorative only, not available for guests use due to insurance. WATER AMENITIES The dock & kayaks are not available when winterized, typically from November through late April (or early May, depending on the weather). PETS As much as we love pets, this property is not pet-friendly. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED Hi! We’re your welcoming hosts and can’t wait to host you. This special home requires completion of a Guest Rental Agreement to receive Arrival Instructions. A damage waiver is available for purchase, but not required.
