BEDROOM 2 Queen bed and access to the balcony for fresh air and peaceful river vistas. BEDROOM 3 Queen bed and a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work or creative time. BATHROOM Upstairs, with a walk-in shower and a deep soaking tub—perfect for relaxing after a day in town. VIEWS + OUTDOOR SPACE The private balcony extends off two bedrooms and overlooks the Hudson River. The fenced yard includes a patio with seating and a grill—ideal for al fresco evenings or sunny afternoons. Other Details to Note
IMPORTANT NOTE Right now, the AC in the common areas is not functioning. However, the AC units in all bedrooms are working properly, and there is also a fan available for use in the common areas. STAIRS REQUIRED All bedrooms and common areas are located on the upper level of the home. Guests must climb two full flights of stairs to access the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. This layout may not be ideal for those with mobility limitations. FRONT STUDIO The property has a private entrance and is self-contained. It is adjacent to a separate studio, which is home to two cats, the sitter and sometimes the owner. You may occasionally hear friendly meowing or comings and goings, but privacy and noise levels are respected. PETS Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this rental. That said, we manage a selection of pet-friendly homes in the area—feel free to send us an inquiry if you’re traveling with pets! GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED Hi! We’re your welcoming hosts and can’t wait to host you. This special home requires completion of a Guest Rental Agreement to receive Arrival Instructions. A damage waiver is available for purchase, but not required. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the loft-style residence, including all indoor and outdoor areas shown in the listing. Please note that the front portion of the building—labeled “the shop”—is not part of the rental and remains locked throughout your stay. Two doors inside the home (one near the downstairs bathroom which is not accesible and one by the laundry area) lead to this private space and will remain secured.

Hudson’s Amtrak train station is just a short walk from the home—perfect for guests arriving from NYC or other Northeast cities. If you're driving, there is one dedicated parking spot available on-site, making it easy to come and go as you please.
