Kitchen/Living Room: • Open concept kitchen/living room provides ample space to hangout with friends and family, play board games, watch the 60” Smart TV, or cook meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and non-stick pans. Enjoy complimentary coffee/tea and fast Wi-Fi. Bathroom: • Full bathroom with fresh towels, hair dryer, toilet paper and complimentary body lotion/shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Washer/Dryer • There is a stacked washer/dryer with complimentary detergent. Private Backyard with Garage • Fenced-in backyard (shared) with private garage accessed via the back alley.

House Rules

Smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes in the property will result in a fine of $500 to cover cleaning fees. You will be charged for any items that are broken or damaged during your stay.

NO SMOKING. Please treat our property with respect and do not smoke inside. Guests that leave smoke smells will be charged for costs associated with cleaning to remove odors. Thank you! PETS We allow up to 3 dogs for $90 per pet per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones. If you want to bring more than 3 dogs, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis. DISCOUNTS We run last-minute bookings, midweek specials, and long-stay discounts. Guest Access

You will have access to the whole unit outside of the owner's closet. The front and back doors have smart locks. Entry codes will be provided on the day of your stay before check-in. There is a back unit in the same lot where there may be a tenant, that is rented separately, but they do not have access to the yard during your stay.

Perfect spot for a weekend meetup with friends and furry kids! The space met and exceeded our needs in every way! Clean modern beautiful space in an awesome location close to everything. Super comfortable beds. Private garage for car security and private front entrance made access a breeze. Fenced backyard was perfect for the pups. Host was very responsive and quick to provide clear check in and check out instructions when needed and checked in on us during our stay. Would absolutely stay again!

Thank you for a great stay in Milwaukee! The place was perfect. Decent size rooms, big kitchen area. The beds were super comfortable too. We did not use the outdoor area in the back due to the cold but it’d be a great space in the summer!

We really appreciated this place. We enjoyed the location as it was so convenient to all the sights, art museums, the Market, Harley Davidson Museum, and the Bucyrus Museum. Great restaraunts ALL around. Drive KK (Kinnickinnic) and check out the sights. Guys, stop in at the Ortiz Brothers for some "Hairapy" and a great experience. Church folks, look up Mercy Hill in Bayview. Drive north along the lake front from downtown through Shorewood and Whitefish Bay. The homes on the lakefront are impressive. Right by the Sixth Street South Bascule Bridge. Good times. Unit is a nice home base for seeing the sights. Loved backing into the garage every night and closing the doors , keeping our vehicle out of the snow at night. What an added value.

Great place in the perfect location if you are visiting! We were 5 mins from pretty much all our planned activities and close to some great restaurants. Loved the yard for the dogs the only negative is that it didn’t snow lol. If we come back to Milwaukee we will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we've stayed here because we absolutely love everything about it. It's up-to-date and modern, and in an older beautiful brick building with only 4 units. Tall ceiling with very thick brick walls. There's a large island in the spacious kitchen which makes it very comfortable for any kind of food prep and cooking. One of the days I didn't leave the airbnb at all, and was so comfortable and content to just be there all day long; if I'd have been in a hotel I wouldn't want to sit in the room all day for sure. Christina is extremely responsible to messages. I highly recommend staying here!

The townhome includes access to an enclosed garage to the back of the property that can fit one car. In addition to free private parking, there is plenty of public parking around the property if you have more than one car. For getting around the city without a car there are many options other than walking. Bublr Bikes are public bikes that can be found just a few paces north of the hotel and are a great way to explore the city. They can be dropped off at a variety of locations. Additionally, the Hop streetcar system is a free and easy to ride streetcar that runs through much of Milwaukee, with the closest stop being just 15 minutes walking, by the Amtrak Station. Uber and Lyft are extremely convenient in the area, with drivers always being just a few minutes away. south of the residence. The General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is located less than a 15 minute drive from the residence.
