Main House: Outdoor: There are three outdoor sitting areas for you to enjoy — two chairs on the front porch, a nice covered sofa and chair in a private space out back and a fire pit for a relaxing stay. +Plus: The game room under the house is one of our favorite features! Bedroom: Bedrooms are outfitted with blackout blinds so there are no early morning wake ups on vacation. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, television and air-conditioning for those hot days. The second bedroom provides a cozy atmosphere complete with a queen bed and spacious closet. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with baking sheets, crock pots, ample pots and pans. Our home has all you need to make your favorite meal. There’s a coffee maker, filters, and coffee grounds that our guests are welcome to use. Guest House: Loft style unit, separated by a gated fence. Queen bed, kitchenette and private bathroom. Private parking for one small/medium sized car, accessible through the back alley. We know you'll have a wonderful stay at Historic Cottage! PETS We allow up to 3 dogs, 50 lb each, for $90 per dog per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add your pets, the fee for each pet is included in your reservation total. For more than 3 dogs, a dog over 50 lb, or any other type of animal, please send us an inquiry before booking and we'll approve on a case-by-case basis. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED Hi! We’re your welcoming hosts and can’t wait to host you. This special home requires completion of a Guest Rental Agreement to receive Arrival Instructions.
