Bedrooms & Loft: This property is newly renovated specifically with our guests in mind. Each bedroom includes extra blankets and pillows for comfort and mirrors in all bedrooms to help keep the bathrooms less crowded. Bedrooms are outfitted with blackout blinds so there are no early morning wake ups on vacation. Phone-charging stations are next to every bed so there’s no need to hunt for an outlet late at night! The primary bedroom features a king bed, Roku television, closet, and en suite full bathroom. This bedroom also includes a sliding glass door that opens up to an outdoor porch great for enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom provides a cozy atmosphere complete with a king bed and spacious closet. Walking up the stairs to the loft, you’ll be greeted by two queen beds and a beautiful view overlooking Long Lake. Bathrooms: This property has two full bathrooms with all new fixtures in 2022. The first bathroom is across the hallway from the second bedroom and includes a large shower. The second bathroom is en suite to the primary bedroom and features an accessible shower. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with baking sheets, crock pots, ample pots and pans, cutting boards, an air fryer, blender, toaster, and wine glasses for every person in your party. There’s a coffee maker, filters, and coffee grounds that our guests are welcome to use. The refrigerator has plenty of space and a pull-out freezer. Living Room: With plenty of seating for the whole family, the living room is a wonderful place to unwind and admire the lake. The comfortable L-shaped couch sits across from a large Roku TV that can be used to sign into any streaming services. Outdoor Space: Walking out of the sliding glass doors facing the lake, you’ll find the expansive deck. There is an inviting hot tub that was brand new just before 2023. A grill is included which is perfect for a summer barbecue. The deck also includes a live fire pit with bench seating for your whole family. Walking down the stairs toward the lake, you’ll find a dock with a peddle-boat that you’re welcome to use! Foyer: The first room you’ll enter is a tiled mud-room great for keeping your shoes, coolers, and jackets.

We created the following set of rules and guidelines to make both your guest and our hosting experience a great one! –Guest Expectations– You are required to have a working phone number to avoid the reservation from being canceled. You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your host's business because you are unhappy with the ruling by the platform or the host if you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or if you lose resolution. –Occupancy– You must accurately disclose how many adults and children will occupy said leased premises in your booking through the online platform. If you plan to have visitors exceeding the maximum number already allowed, it may be allowed between 10 am and 10 pm. Please communicate with us. –Check-In– This is a self-check-in property. Please reach out if you have any questions, but do not reach out to neighbors. For early check-in, send an inquiry. –Check Out– You must be fully checked out from the property by the advertised time on the listing unless authorized otherwise. Failing to check out at the scheduled time will result in additional charges incurred, including extra time invoiced by our cleaning staff, as well as any compensation to incoming guests if their check-in time is impacted due to your failure to depart on time. –Smoking– NO SMOKING or Vaping of any kind will take place inside the property. Violation of this will result in a $500 charge. If you smoke outside, please make sure to clean butts and ashes. –Drugs– Illegal drugs are not allowed in the property and may result in removal of the property, and involving the authorities if necessary. –Party / Celebration– Parties are strictly prohibited and there is a $1,000 fine, in addition to the expenses incurred to additional cleaning or items broken/missing. You’ll also be required to vacate the premises immediately. Glitter, confetti, fireworks, and Pinatas are prohibited both inside and outside the unit. –Quiet Hours– Quiet hours are 10 pm-10 am. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $50 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again. –Monitoring Devices– Monitoring of the unit is for both your and our safety. We may use decibel sensors, ring doorbells, and smart sensors to detect tobacco and/or marijuana. Tampering, disabling, or destroying monitoring devices will be fined $100, the cost of the device if damaged, and/or asked to leave immediately without a refund. –Maintenance– We handle maintenance issues as quickly as we can. In many cases, we have a short window of time since we are notified of an issue and your arrival time. If we need to access the premises to take care of any issues we will notify you as soon as we can. A $500 charge will apply if maintenance is denied entry to fix an urgent issue. Lawn Mowing, pest control, or other scheduled routine controls may happen during your stay. We will notify you in advance. –Cancellations– The cancellation policy is available for you before confirming the reservation. Once the reservation has been confirmed, it is assumed you acknowledge the cancellation policy. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any losses due to cancellations. Change of dates follows the cancelation policy. –Failing to comply House rule violations are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund We assess the cost of losing the next guest's reservation if this is the result of a house rule violation. –Hot Tub– No lifeguard on duty/swim at your own risk All children must be accompanied by an adult No diving No food, drinks, or unsupervised children are allowed in the hot tub. Regular pool cleaning and grass mowing are performed to ensure the home is clean and safe. We will notify you before or during your stay if we need to access the backyard to clean the pool or mow the grass 24 hours before your arrival you may be asked to sign the Hot Tub Waiver Agreement Form provided in a link The hot tub may be unavailable without advance notice, either for maintenance reasons. –Amenities– We will require a signing of a waiver for the use of off-premises amenities. You are fully responsible for the correct use of these amenities. –Pet Policy– We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones. If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis. Pets over 50lb may be accepted at $150 per pet.
