Here, you’ll find a private hot tub, cedar sauna, and a unique outdoor bathtub perfect for a refreshing cold plunge. The space also includes a grill, dining area, and fire pit—ideal for gathering with friends and family under the stars. Inside, the open-concept living and dining area flows into a well-equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming hub for meals and conversation. Large windows invite in natural light and views of the surrounding greenery, while comfortable seating makes it easy to relax after a day at the park. The home features three serene bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering accommodations for up to six guests. Each space is designed with comfort in mind, blending simplicity with modern touches for a restful stay. Green Lakes Streamside Escape is more than a getaway—it’s a place to reconnect with nature, recharge your spirit, and enjoy unforgettable moments by the water.

QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

PETS We allow up to 3 dogs, 50 lb each, for $90 per dog per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add your pets, the fee for each pet is included in your reservation total. For more than 3 dogs, a dog over 50 lb, or any other type of animal, please send us an inquiry before booking and we'll approve on a case-by-case basis. OUTDOOR SHOWER The outdoor shower will be winterized From November through March. We have a hose to fill the tubs for cold plunges. Hot tub and Sauna are available year round. LOCATION The house is located along a main road (not a freeway), and the front door is approximately 10 feet from the road. Because of this, some traffic noise from passing cars can be expected. OUTDOORS Due to the location and natural surroundings, mosquitoes, bugs, and other insect activity may occasionally be present on the property, specially during hot weather. DISCOUNTS We run last minute bookings, midweek specials and long stay discounts. Please inquire for more information. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD (Which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb), & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED Hi! We are your welcoming hosts and we look forward to hosting you. This place is extraordinary and does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb) in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. CANCELATION POLICY: The cancelation policy, and how it will apply to your trip, will be clearly shown in the page “Confirm and Pay” prior to completing your reservation. We highly suggest you read the cancelation policy, which applies for both cancelations, and change of dates. In that same page you’ll have the option to add trip insurance, which we always recommend!
